النجاح له سلالم كثيرة، من ضمنها: التعاون

التعاون روح العمل واساس نجاح اي اجراء، والتعاون بين الفريق الطبي اهم خطوة لاتمام العملية بسلاسة!
الارتباط بين الكوادر الطبية هو حصنٌ منيعٌ يضمن السلامةَ التامةَ للمرضى.
الفريق الطبي بجميع مكوناته هو اساس العملية الناجحة السليمة، والتعاون بين الطبيب والتمريض والتخدير والجراح والعمال هو سرُّ النجاح!
لا يوجد دورٌ اهم من دور
فمثلاً عامل النظافة عندما يضمن تعقيم الغرفة بشكلٍ صحيحٍ لا يقل اهميةً عن الجراح، وأخصائي التخدير الذي يسيطر على نفسِ وحياةِ المريض!
مثلاً في التخصص المحبب لقلبي (التخدير): لابد ان يكون الفريق يدًا واحدةً ومتعاونًا لدرجةٍ كبيرةٍ، لأن في التخدير لحظات فارقة بين حياةٍ او موتِ المريض! دقائق اذا لم نكن متعاونين ومنظمين نخسر المريض!
كل فريق في اي عملية يتكون من ٣،٤ اشخاص مسؤولين عن جزء معين، لذلك امكانية حدوث اخطاء هو نادرٌ جدًا لأن اذا وجد التعاون والفهم واليقظة لا يمكن حدوث مثل هذه الاخطاء، وفي حال شخص اخطأ، لابد من وجود اخر يتلافى هذا الخطأ بنجاح!
مثل حالنا هنا في غزة، الكوادر الطبية عملت بدون ضوء، بدون غذاء، بدون طاقة، بدون معدات، بدون كهرباء، بدون اقل الاشياء الطبيعي تواجدها، ومع ذلك كثير من الاجراءات نستطيع تجاوزها لأن تعاوننا وعلمنا وارادتنا كانوا كافيين!
فإذا كان التعاون والتفاهم بين الكوادر موجودًا، اذاً استطيع ضمان سلامتكم وصحتكم من بعد اي اجراء!
ما يربط الكوادر الطبية ليس بروتوكولًا علاجيًا بل رباطٌ انسانيٌّ مقدسٌ!

Success has many steps, and one of the most important is collaboration.
Collaboration is the spirit of work and the foundation of any successful procedure. Cooperation within the medical team is the key to completing any operation smoothly and safely.
The strong connection between medical staff members is a solid fortress that guarantees the full safety of patients.
The medical team, in all its components, forms the foundation of a safe and successful procedure. Cooperation between the physician, nursing staff, anesthesia team, surgeon, and support workers is the true secret of success. No role is more important than another. For example, a cleaner who ensures that the operating room is properly sterilized is no less important than the surgeon, or the anesthesiologist who controls the patient’s breathing and safeguards their life.
In my favorite specialty—anesthesia—the team must function as one unified body, with a very high level of cooperation. In anesthesia, there are critical moments that stand between life and death. A few uncoordinated or disorganized minutes can cost a patient’s life.
Every surgical team usually consists of three to four members, each responsible for a specific task. When cooperation, awareness, and understanding are present, the likelihood of errors becomes extremely rare. And if one member makes a mistake, another is there to immediately recognize it and correct it successfully.
Here in Gaza, medical teams have worked without light, food, power, equipment, electricity, or even the most basic necessities. Despite these harsh conditions, many procedures were still successfully carried out because our cooperation, knowledge, and determination were enough to overcome the challenges.
When collaboration and mutual understanding exist among medical staff, patient safety and well-being can be confidently ensured after any procedure.
What truly binds medical teams together is not merely a treatment protocol, but a sacred human bond. ✨
